Day 1 : MAY TO DECEMBER : Thu : Mauritius - Arrival Mauritius

Upon arrival at Mauritius Airport, clearing immigration and visa process then we will transfer to hotel. Check in and leisure. Dinner. Overnight stay at Mauritius.

Day 2 : MAY TO DECEMBER : Thu : Mauritius - Full Day Ile Aux Cerf’s Tour

After breakfast, leave for Island Tour. Enjoy aquatic activities like Parasailing, undersea walk, Waterfall or tube ride. Activities are not included and are at a supplementcost. Lunch. Transfer by Speed Boat to Ile Aux Cerfs.Free time on Island. Return back to mainland byspeedboat. Drive back to hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay at Mauritius.

Day 3 : MAY TO DECEMBER : Thu : Mauritius - Full Day South Tour

After breakfast, leave for South Tour. Visit Ship Making Factory, Shopping inFloreal. Also visit Trou Aux Cerfs Crater and GangaTaloa. Lunch. After the tour, Drive back to hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay at Mauritius.

Day 4 : MAY TO DECEMBER : Thu : Mauritius - Full Day Catamaran Tour with Dolphin Watch

After breakfast, leave for for Full Day Catamaran including Dolphin watch. Lunch. Return back to mainland. Drive back to hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay Mauritius.

Day 5 : MAY TO DECEMBER : Thu : Mauritius - Full Day Casela Park Tour

After breakfast, leave for Casela. Visit Casela World of Adventure. Lunch.Shopping.After the tour. Drive back to hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay at Mauritius.

Day 6 : MAY TO DECEMBER : Thu : Mauritius - Full Day North Tour

After breakfast, leave for Full Day North tour with Lunch. Take a panoramic view of Port Louis city from CitadelFort (View of Horse Race Course & French Colonialbuildings). Free time for shopping at Caudan Water front. Lunch. After the tour,Drive back to hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay at Hotel,Mauritius.

Day 7 : MAY TO DECEMBER : Thu : Mauritius - Departure

After breakfast, leisure upto noon and check out and keep the luggage in the lobby. Later drop at Airport.

EXCLUSIONS

• Any increase in the airfare charged by the airlines on your air ticket. The airline ticket fare quoted is applicable as of date and will change for your date of travel.
• Cost of extension of the validity of your air ticket.
• Porterage, laundry, wines, telephone charges, Extra luggage, optional tours and all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the itinerary.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the "Package tour price includes” box.Any sightseeing not mentioned in the "tour price include "column.

PAYMENT

25% of the Booking Amount of the cost mentioned in the package , per person is required at the time of registration .Final Payment for trip must be made in the form of a check ,including optional group insurance  premium if applicable is due no late than 45 days prior to departure.

ACCOMMODATION

Price is based on double occupancy. When available, Single rooms are often smaller than doubles .While Sangamam will try to match room mates, We cannot guarantee one will be available .Roommates may be assigned as late as 35 days prior to departure and ,if one is not available or if you request a single room, you will be charged for single room 

MEALS

There is a Pre Set Menu for Meals as per the tour program. Packed Meals would be served at some places. The types of meals are clearly indicated in the brochure. We, However reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. In the event of the guest missing any meal due to any reason , no claim can be made by the guest thereafter, for the meal he/she has missed and  not utilized . 

ITINERARY & CHANGES

Because airlines often change flight schedules after brochures are printed, Sangamam Leisure reserves the right to shorten or lengthen the itinerary accordingly and, Whenever Possible, you will be notified in writing. If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights, you will be charged at cost per night/per person; Any changes or deviations from the program and or departure city listed must be provided in writing to Sangamam Leisure no later than 70 days prior to departure 

VISAS

Applicable visas will be obtained by Sangamam Leisure for Indian Citizens only. All Passengers who do not carry Indian Passports will be responsible for obtaining Visas to the countries they are visiting , Sangamam Leisure is not responsible for Non Indian Passport holders. Sangamam Leisure is also not responsible if your visa application is rejected by the countries , you will be travelling to. In such a case , the visa fee and consultation fee will be reduced and the amount will be refunded

PASSPORTS

Each Passenger is responsible for making sure that they have a valid passport than has an expiration date valid six months after the date of return from their trip  

CANCELLATIONS

All booking for airlines /hotel accommodation /ground transportation are blocked well in advance ,We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services  are not released within the mentioned time frame .If the Guest wish to cancel the tour due to any reason ,they shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation  will attract the cancellation charges given below:30Days prior to departure 100% , 45 Days – 75% , 60Days – 50%, more than 60days -25%

RESPONSIBILITIY

The passengers are fully responsible for any illness and injuries, death, sickness, Accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss or damage occurred during the travel.  All baggages and personal belongings will be under your responsibility throughout the tour. Sangamam Leisure will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel or at any sightseeing location. Any damage caused to the hotel during travel  Sangamam Leisure wants to give utmost best service for our Travelers. But Tour schedule can change or drop due to the weather & Climate, Traffic and Political situation of the visiting Country. At the time there is no refunding of any unutilized tickets, services and tours.
