Day 1 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Italy - ARRIVAL ROME

Arrive Rome International Airport, clearing immigration and visa process and transfer to hotel. Check in and leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at Rome.

Day 2 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Italy - ROME

After breakfast, proceed for Full Day Tour of Rome. Visit St Peter’s Bascillia and Square. Later visit Colossuem – Ext. Trevi Foutain. Spanish Steps. Piazza Venezia. Vittorio Emmanuelle II – Photo Stop. GO around via Condotti and see all the designer brands. Visit the Roman Forum. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Rome.

Day 3 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Italy - ROME-FLORENCE-PISA-MILAN

Early breakfast proceed to proceed to Florence City tour of Florence. Later proceed to Pisa. Visit the Leaning tower of Pisa. Evening proceed to Milan. Dinner and overnight in Milan.

Day 4 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Italy - MILAN-MT TITLIS-LUZERN-ZURICH

After breakfast proceed to Mt Titlis. Go up the 360 degree cable car to the peak. Do the ice flyer. Later Decend from Mt Titlis and proceed for lunch. After lunch proceed to Lucerne. Visit lake Lucerne and chapel bridge. Later spend time shopping. Evening proceed to zurich. Dinner and overnight in zurich.

Day 5 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Italy - ZURICH-RHINEFALLS

After breakfast proceed to Rhine falls. The largest waterfalls in Europe. Later do an orientation tour of Zurich. Dinner and overnight in Zurich

Day 6 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Italy - ZURICH / PARIS

After breakfast Proceed to Paris. Enroute stop for lunch. Arrive Paris in the evening. overnight in paris.

Day 7 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Italy - PARIS

Full day tour of Paris. Eiffel tower 2 nd level. Seien cruise. Visit the arc de trimph, invalids, champ elysee, concord square, opera – ext. drive around the city of Paris and see other beautiful spots. Dinner and overnight in Paris.

Day 8 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Italy - PARIS

After breakfast proceed to Disneyland. Spend Full day in the Disney theme park. Return to hotel in the evening. Overnight in Paris

Day 9 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Italy - PARIS-INDIA

After breakfast day free for personal activities. Check out by 11 am. Will depart to airport depending on the flight time.

• Porterage , laundry , wines , telephone charges , Extra luggage, optional tours and all items of
• personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the itinerary.

PAYMENT

25% of the Booking Amount of the cost mentioned in the package , per person is required at the time of registration .Final Payment for trip must be made in the form of a check ,including optional group insurance  premium if applicable , is due no late than 45 days prior to departure .
 

ACCOMMODATION

Price is based on double occupancy. When available, Single rooms are often smaller than doubles .While Sangamam will try to match room mates, We cannot guarantee one will be available .Roommates may be assigned as late as 35 days prior to departure and ,if one is not available or if you request a single room, you will be charged for single room

MEALS

There is a Pre Set Menu for Meals as per the tour program. Packed Meals would be served at some places. The types of meals are clearly indicated in the brochure. We, However reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us  to do so. In the event of the guest missing any meal due to any reason , no claim can be made by the guest thereafter, for the meal he/she has missed and  not utilized .

ITINERARY & CHANGES

Because airlines often change flight schedules after brochures are printed, Sangamam Leisure reserves the right to shorten or lengthen the itinerary accordingly and, Whenever Possible , you will be notified in writing. If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights, you will be charged at cost per night/per person; Any changes or deviations from the program and or departure city listed must be provided in writing to Sangamam Leisure no later than 70 days prior to departure

VISAS

Applicable visas will be obtained by Sangamam Leisure for Indian Citizens only. All Passengers who do not carry Indian Passports will be responsible for obtaining Visas to the countries they are visiting , Sangamam Leisure is not responsible for Non Indian Passport holders. Sangamam Leisure is also not responsible if your visa application is rejected by the countries , you will be travelling to. In such a case , the visa fee and consultation fee will be
reduced and the amount will be refunded

PASSPORTS

Each Passenger is responsible for making sure that they have a valid passport than has an expiration date valid six months after the date of return from their trip

CANCELLATION

All booking for airlines /hotel accommodation /ground transportation are blocked well in advance ,We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services  are not released within the mentioned
time frame .If the Guest wish to cancel the tour due to any reason ,they shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation  will attract the cancellation charges given below : 30 Days prior to departure 100% , 45 Days – 75% , 60 Days – 50%, more than 60 days -25%

RESPONSIBILITY

The passengers are fully responsible for any illness and injuries, death, sickness, Accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss or damage occurred during the travel.  All baggages and personal belongings will be under your responsibility throughout the tour. Sangamam Leisure will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel or at any sightseeing location. Any damage caused to the hotel
during travel  Sangamam Leisure wants to give utmost best service for our Travelers. But Tour schedule can change or drop due to the weather & Climate, Traffic and Political situation of the visiting Country. At the time there is no refunding of any unutilized tickets, services and tours.
