Day 1 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Sri Lanka - JAFFNA -ARRAIVAL

Arrival Colombo Airport. Srilankan Airlines reaches - 04:20Am. Proceed to Jaffna. En - route stop atChilaw. Take Bath –Refresh in the Dormitory Hall. Then we workship & Pooja in Munneshwaramand Manavari temples. Breakfast. (5Hr 30Min travel-325Kms). On the way Lunch. Check-in the Hotel.Rest some time. Then we visit Nallur Murugan Kovil & Nallur Veera maha kaliamman Temple.Back to the Hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay in Jaffna.

Day 2 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Sri Lanka - JAFFNA SIGHTSEEING

After B/fast , travel to Nainative island, traveling by ferry boat to the Nagadeepa island ( Buddha visited the place) . Where we visit Nagadeepabddha temple &Nagapooshani Amman temple. back to Jaffna. Lunch. After the Lunch we visit Kirimale Ancient Hindu temple- Naguleshwaram temple, Maviddapuram Kandasamy Koil. After the visit- Jaffna sightseeing tour , Portuguese fort, Dutch fortress Etc. Back to the Hotel. Dinner &Overnight stay in Jaffna.

Day 3 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Sri Lanka - JAFFNA-MANNAR-TRINCOMALEE

After breakfast Check-out the Hotel. The we proceed to Trincomalee. En route visiting ketheshwaram temple in Mannar. Lunch. Then we proceed to Trincomalle. Visit Ravana hot water wells, Shankari Devi Shakthipeetam Temple & Tirukoneshwaram temple. Check-in the Hotel. Spend free time in the Nilavoli Beach. Overnight stay at Trincomalee.

Day 4 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Sri Lanka - TRINCOMALEE-KANDY

After Breakfast Check-out the Hotel. Then proceed to Kandy. Visit Luxminarayana temple, Kali
Amman temple. En-route visit Dumbulla Caves & Muththumari Amman temple in Matale. Lunch.
Reach Kandy. Visit Kandy Murugan Temple & Tooth Relic Temple. Check – in the Hotel. Dinner.
Overnight stay at Kandy.

Day 5 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Sri Lanka - KANDY-NUWARAELIYA

After Breakfast proceed to Nuwaraeliya on the way visiting Ramboda Hanuman temple, Tea plantation/factory, Sita Amman temple and Ashoka vanam & Nuwara Eliya sightseeing tour. Check-in the Hotel. Dinner &overnight stay at Nuwaraeliya.

Day 6 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Sri Lanka - NUWARAELIYA-KATARAGAMA

Breakfast. Check-out the Hotel. Then proceed to Katharagama. On the way we visiting Haggala Ravana mountain range/ Divrumpola temple, Isthreepura caves, Ravana waterfalls and caves Udaganawa Ramayana location , Reach Kataragama. Attend an Evening Puja ceremony. Check-in the Hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay at Kathergama.

Day 7 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Sri Lanka - KATARAGAMA-HIKKADUWA

After Breakfast proceed to Hikkaduwa . On the way we visiting Ussangoda Ramayana location(Ussangoda is one of the torched (Lord Hanuman’s tail fire) areas, which is said to have been an airport used by King Ravana). Rumassalasanjeewani Mountain, Sinigama god temple. Lunch. Visit Galle Fort. Check-in the Hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay at LANKA SUPER CORAL, Hikkaduwa

Day 8 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Sri Lanka - HIKKADUWA-COLOMBO

After Breakfast proceed to Colombo. On the way we visiting Turtle Hatchery’s. Then proceed to Colombo . Visit Sri Ponnambalesvarar Temple, Kochikada, Visit PanchamugaAnjaneyer Hanuman temple ( only one in Sri Lanka ) and Colombo sightseeing tour. Check-in the Hotel. Dinner and Overnight Stay at Colombo.

Day 9 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : Sri Lanka - COLOMBO AIRPORT

Breakfast. Leisure upto Lunch. Check-out the Hotel. Proceed to the airport.en-route Visit KalaniyaVibeeshana temple & Ancient historical Buddha temple ( Buddha Visited place ) . Drop to the Airport.

PAYMENT

25% of the Booking Amount of the cost mentioned in the package , per person is required at the time of registration .Final Payment for trip must be made in the form of a check,including optional group insurance  premium if applicable , is due no late than 45 days prior to departure .

ACCOMMODATION

Price is based on double occupancy. When available, Single rooms are often smaller than doubles .While Sangamam will try to match room mates, We cannot guarantee one will be available .Roommates may be assigned as late as 35 days prior to departure and ,if one is not available or if you request a single room, you will be charged for single room.

MEALS

There is a Pre Set Menu for Meals as per the tour program. Packed Meals would be served at some places. The types of meals are clearly indicated in the brochure. We, However reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us  to do so. In the event of the guest missing any meal due to any reason , no claim can be made by the guest thereafter, for the meal he/she has missed and  not utilized .

ITINERARY & CHANGES

Because airlines often change flight schedules after brochures are printed, Sangamam Leisure reserves the right to shorten or lengthen the itinerary accordingly and, Whenever Possible , you will be notified in writing. If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights,you will be charged at cost per night/per person; Any changes or deviations from the program and or departure city listed must be provided in writing to Sangamam Leisure no later than 70 days prior to departure

VISAS

Applicable visas will be obtained by Sangamam Leisure for Indian Citizens only. All Passengers who do not carry Indian Passports will be responsible for obtaining Visas to the countries they are visiting , Sangamam Leisure is not responsible for Non Indian Passport holders. Sangamam Leisure is also not responsible if your visa application is rejected by the countries , you will be travelling to. In such a case , the visa fee and consultation fee will be
reduced and the amount will be refunded

PASSPORTS

Each Passenger is responsible for making sure that they have a valid passport than has an expiration date valid six months after the date of return from their trip

CANCELLATION

All booking for airlines /hotel accommodation /ground transportation are blocked well in advance ,We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services  are not released within the mentioned
time frame .If the Guest wish to cancel the tour due to any reason ,they shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation  will attract the cancellation charges given below :30 Days prior to departure 100% , 45 Days – 75% , 60 Days – 50%, more than 60 days -25%

RESPONSIBILITY

The passengers are fully responsible for any illness and injuries, death, sickness, Accident,loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss or damage occurred during the travel.  All baggages and personal belongings will be under your responsibility throughout the tour. Sangamam Leisure will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel or at any sightseeing location. Any damage caused to the hotel
during travel  Sangamam Leisure wants to give utmost best service for our Travelers. But Tour schedule can change or drop due to the weather & Climate, Traffic and Political situation of the visiting Country. At the time there is no refunding of any unutilized tickets,services and tours.
