Day 1 : APRIL TO SEPTEMBER : Thu : India - PORT BLAIR ANDAMAN

Arrival at Port Blair and transfer to respective hotel. Start with visit to Chatam Saw Mill
,Corbyn’s Cove Beach - 7 kms from Port Blair - a coconut palm fringed beach, ideal for
swimming, sun-basking & bathing. Later visit Cellular Jail followed by the enthralling Sound and
Light Show at Cellular Jail - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought
alive.Overnight stay at Portblair

Day 2 : APRIL TO SEPTEMBER : Thu : India - NORTH NAY AND ROSS ISLAND, ANDAMAN

After breakfast start off for a full- day excursion to Coral Island (North Bay) to see coral reefs,exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fish and other marine life. This is an ideal place for snorkeling as this sandy beach coupled with clear water creates a breathtaking spectacle. Visit Ross Island, the former residential and administrative island of the British during
their rule of South East Asia, was nick named the Paris of the East. This island was completely destroyed in an earthquake, now in ruins. &.Back to Hotel. Overnight Stay at Port Blair.

Day 3 : APRIL TO SEPTEMBER : Thu : India - PORT BLAIR TO HAVE LOCK ISLAND, ANDAMAN

Early morning departure by ferry to Havelock Island (54 kms by sea from Port Blair). It takes approx 1.5 hrs to reach the island. Enjoy your afternoon at Beach number 7 on the western coast, better known as "The Radha Nagar Beach’’, It is one of the most popular beaches on Havelock and was named "Best Beach in Asia" by Time in 2004. & Kalapathar Beach , Back to the Hotel .Overnight Stay at Havelock

Day 4 : APRIL TO SEPTEMBER : Thu : India - HAVE LOCK ISLAND TO PORT BLAIR,ANDAMAN

After Breakfast, Checkout the Hotel Proceed to Portblair by ferry , Arrive Port Blair- Visit Chidiya Tapu Sunset Point The lush green mangroves, forest cover with numerous chirping birds and the sylvan sands and Munda pahar beaches make it an ideal picnic site. Submerged corals and the breath- talking sunset & overnight Stay at  Port Blair.

Day 5 : APRIL TO SEPTEMBER : Thu : India - BARATANG ISLAND,ANDAMAN

Early Breakfast, Proceed to the Baratang Island Tour , The island between south and middle Andaman as beautiful limestone caves, Andaman trunk road to rang at and may a bunder goes through this island. Lime Stone Caves ,The journey through the Baratang creek is a refreshing experience as the speed boat knifes its way through the water of the Baratang creek, the sight of tiny islands and mangrove vegetation provides a suiting effect to the eyes.The serrated edges of the limestone blocks shine in the dark , there is a narrow walkway inside with constant dripping of minute water drops from the ceiling. Mud Volcano The present eruption covers an area of over 1,000 square meters and has resulted in the formation of the sub-circular mound of about 30 meters in diameter with a height of about 2 meters at the centre. Moreover, their occurrence suggests a tectonically unstable terrain, and hence they can cause damage to man and property of the nearby human settlements/vilages Back to hotel, Overnight Stay at Port Blair.

Day 6 : APRIL TO SEPTEMBER : Thu : India - DEPARTURE FROM ANDAMAN

After Breakfast, Checkout the Hotel ,Visit, Murugan Temple Proceed to airport for return departure and Return home with memories of the ultimate holiday.

EXCLUSIONS

• Any increase in the airfare charged by the airlines on your air ticket . The
• airline ticket fare quoted is applicable as of date and will change for your date
• of travel.
• Cost of extension of the validity of your air ticket.
• Porterage, laundry, wines, telephone charges, Extra luggage, optional tours
• and all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of
• the itinerary.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the "Package tour price includes "box.

PAYMENT

25% of the Booking Amount of the cost mentioned in the package , per person is required at the time of registration .Final Payment for trip must be made in the form of a check ,including optional group insurance  premium if applicable , is due no late than 45 days prior to departure .

ACCOMMODATION

Price is based on double occupancy. When available, Single rooms are often smaller than doubles .While Sangamam will try to match room mates, We cannot guarantee one will be available .Roommates may be assigned as late as 35 days prior to departure and ,if one is not available or if you request a single room, you will be charged for single room 

MEALS

There is a Pre Set Menu for Meals as per the tour program. Packed Meals would be served at some places. The types of meals are clearly indicated in the brochure. We, However reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us  to do so. In the event of the guest missing any meal due to any reason , no claim can be made by the guest thereafter, for the meal he/she has missed and  not utilized . 

ITINERARY & CHANGES

Because airlines often change flight schedules after brochures are printed, Sangamam Leisure reserves the right to shorten or lengthen the itinerary accordingly and, Whenever Possible , you will be notified in writing. If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights, you will be charged at cost per night/per person; Any changes or deviations from the program and or departure city listed must be provided in writing to Sangamam Leisure no later than 70 days prior to departure 

CANCELLATIONS

All booking for airlines /hotel accommodation /ground transportation are blocked well in advance ,We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services  are not released within the mentioned time frame .If the Guest wish to cancel the tour due to any reason ,they shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation  will attract the cancellation charges given below:30Days prior to departure 100% , 45 Days – 75% , 60Days – 50%, more than 60days -25%

RESPONSIBILITIY

The passengers are fully responsible for any illness and injuries, death, sickness, Accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss or damage occurred during the travel.  All baggages and personal belongings will be under your responsibility throughout the tour. Sangamam Leisure will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel or at any sightseeing location. Any damage caused to the hotel during travel  Sangamam Leisure wants to give utmost best service for our Travelers. But Tour schedule can change or drop due to the weather & Climate, Traffic and Political situation of the visiting Country. At the time there is no refunding of any unutilized tickets, services and tours.
