Day 1 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - Chandigarh – Shimla

On arrival meet and greet later proceed to Shimla which is also called the "Queen of Hill
Stations". Check into a hotel as you arrive and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Stroll around
the local bazaar or simply enjoy the romantic background of the majestic Himalayas. You stay at
the hotel overnight.

Day 2 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - Shimla Sightseeing

As you finish your breakfast you go ahead and take a tour to Shimla exploring the eminent tourist spots. The popular ones to touch upon are Mall Road, Jakhoo Hill, Chadwick Falls,Himachal State Museum, Summer Hill and Prospect Hill. In the afternoon you can make your way to Kufri Valley for an exciting excursion. Return to your hotel for dinner and night stay.

Day 3 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - Shimla-Kullu-Manali

After your breakfast you proceed to Manali and visit Kullu Valley on your way. Take a glimpse at the verdant fields and the orchards of apple, cherry and plum. Kullu Valley is often considered as the abode of God and is replete with pictorial locales. The town is also well known for Dusshera Festival. After exploring Kullu move on to Manali and check into a resort as you arrive
for an overnight stay.

Day 4 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - Manali

On this day you proceed to Manali after a your breakfast and explore places like Hidimba Devi Temple, Kothi, Solang Valley, Rahalla Falls, Nehru Kund, Rohtang Pass, Arjuna Gufa, and Bhrighu Lake. Return to the hotel in the evening for your night stay.
Note : Rohtang Pass visit is subject to weather condition & on direct payment basis.
The Bus is Not allowed for manali sightseeing you can take transport on direct payment
basis.

Day 5 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - Manali&Chandigarh

After breakfast proceed to Chandigarh. On arrival check in Hotel. Stay overnight at hotel in Chandigarh.

Day 6 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - Chandigarh- Departure

After breakfast transfer to Airport for flight to your onwards destination.

    • Transport for Manali Sightseeing and Rohtang Pass Manali.
    • Any thing not mentioned in the inclusion column

PAYMENT

    25% of the Booking Amount of the cost mentioned in the package , per person is required at the time of registration .Final Payment for trip must be made in the form of a check ,including optional group insurance  premium if applicable,is due no late than 45 days prior to departure .

ACCOMMODATION

    Price is based on double occupancy. When available, Single rooms are often smaller than doubles .While Sangamam will try to match room mates, We cannot guarantee one will be available .Roommates may be assigned as late as 35 days prior to departure and ,if one is not available or if you request a single room, you will be charged for single room 

MEALS

    There is a Pre Set Menu for Meals as per the tour program. Packed Meals would be served at some places. The types of meals are clearly indicated in the brochure. We, However reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. In the event of the guest missing any meal due to any reason, no claim can be made by the guest thereafter, for the meal he/she has missed and  not utilized . 

ITINERARY & CHANGES

    Because airlines often change flight schedules after brochures are printed, Sangamam Leisure reserves the right to shorten or lengthen the itinerary accordingly and, Whenever Possible , you will be notified in writing. If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights, you will be charged at cost per night/per person; Any changes or deviations from the program and or departure city listed must be provided in writing to Sangamam Leisure no later than 70days prior to departure 

CANCELLATIONS

    All booking for airlines /hotel accommodation /ground transportation are blocked well in advance ,We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services  are not released within the mentioned time frame .If the Guest wish to cancel the tour due to any reason ,they shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation  will attract the cancellation charges given below:30Days prior to departure 100% , 45 Days – 75% ,60Days – 50%, more than 60days -25%

RESPONSIBILITIY

    The passengers are fully responsible for any illness and injuries, death, sickness, Accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss or damage occurred during the travel.  All baggages and personal belongings will be under your responsibility throughout the tour. Sangamam Leisure will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel or at any sightseeing location. Any damage caused to the hotel during travel  Sangamam Leisure wants to give utmost best service for our Travelers. But Tour schedule can change or drop due to the weather & Climate, Traffic and Political situation of the visiting Country. At the time there is no refunding of any unutilized tickets, services and tours.
