Day 1 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - IXB/NJP TO DARJEELING

We receive you on your arrival at Bagdogra Airport/NJP station and drive to Darjeeling.  check-in to your hotel & rest of the day at leisure.Over Night at Darjeeling

Day 2 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - DARJEELING FULL DAY CITY TOUR

Early morning tour in Darjeeling with visits to – Tiger Hill Sunrise Point, Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. Post Breakfast visit 7 points - Darjeeling Zoo and Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tea garden, Tenzing Rock and Gombu Rock, Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. Free evening at Mall for Shopping. Overnight at Darjeeling.

Day 3 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - DARJEELING TO GANGTOK

Check out from Darjeeling and drive to Gangtok (Alt 5550Ft / 1675M).On arrival check-in to your hotel.GANGTOK HALF DAY CITY TOUR (TIMING 1.30 PM TO 4.30PM).Visit Bonjhakri Falls, Gonjang Monastery, Government Institute of Cottage Industry (Closed on Sunday, 2nd Saturday), Orchid House Flower Show, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology(Closed on Sunday), Dodurl Chorten. Overnight at Gangtok.

Day 4 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - GANGTOK TO TSONGU LAKE AND BABGANGTOK TO TSONGU LAKE AND BABA MANDIR EXCURSION 

Drive to Tsongo Lake (Alt 12000ft/3600M), a high altitude alpine lake close to Indo-China Border. Enjoy playing in snow and try Yak Ride and proceed further to Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. Back to Hotel for late Lunch. Afternoon free.
Overnight at Gangtok

Day 5 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - GANGTOK TO IXB/NJP

Gangtok hotel and drive back to Airport/Railway station. Farewell and tour ends.

PAYMENT

25% of the Booking Amount of the cost mentioned in the package , per person is required at the time of registration .Final Payment for trip must be made in the form of a check,including optional group insurance  premium if applicable , is due no late than 45 days prior to departure .

ACCOMMODATION

Price is based on double occupancy. When available, Single rooms are often smaller than doubles .While Sangamam will try to match room mates, We cannot guarantee one will be available .Roommates may be assigned as late as 35 days prior to departure and ,if one is not available or if you request a single room, you will be charged for single room

MEALS

There is a Pre Set Menu for Meals as per the tour program. Packed Meals would be servedat some places. The types of meals are clearly indicated in the  . We, However reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us  to do so. In the event of the guest missing any meal due to any reason , no claim can be made by the guest thereafter, for the meal he/she has missed and  not utilized .

ITINERARY & CHANGES

Because airlines often change flight schedules after brochures are printed, Sangamam Leisure reserves the right to shorten or lengthen the itinerary  accordingly and, Whenever Possible , you will be notified in writing. If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights, you will be charged at cost per night/per person; Any changes or deviations from the program and or departure city listed must be provided in writing to Sangamam Leisure no later than 70days prior to departure

CANCELLATION

All booking for airlines /hotel accommodation /ground transportation are blocked well in advance ,We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services  are not released within the mentioned
time frame .If the Guest wish to cancel the tour due to any reason ,they shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation  will attract the cancellation charges given below:30 Days prior to departure 100% , 45 Days – 75% , 60Days – 50%, more than 60days -25%

RESPONSIBILITY

The passengers are fully responsible for any illness and injuries, death, sickness, Accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss or damage occurred during the travel.  All baggages and personal belongings will be under your responsibility throughout the tour. Sangamam Leisure will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel or at any sightseeing location. Any damage caused to the hotel
during travel  Sangamam Leisure wants to give utmost best service for our Travelers. But Tour schedule can change or drop due to the weather & Climate, Traffic and Political situation of the visiting Country. At the time there is no refunding of any unutilized tickets, services and tours.
