TAMILNADU CULTURAL TOUR

Day 1 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - CHENNAI CITY TOUR-ST.THOMAS MOUNT-MARINA BREACH

Welcome on your arrival at the Chennai International Airport at 3:30 pm. After clearing the Visa & Imigiration we pick up from by our Tour Manager at 4:30 pm and transfer to hotel. Check-in at the hotel. Then Proceed to Visit -Saint Thomas Mount & Museum. Dinner. Back to the hotel. Overnight at the Chennai T.Nagar.

Day 2 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - MAHABALIPURAM

Breakfast. Check out the hotel. Proceed to Mahabalipuram. On the way visit Luz Church, Kabalishvarar Temple, St. Thomas Church and Marina Beach. Lunch. After the Lunch, we proceed to Mahabalipuram . Check in the Hotel. visit Shore Pallava temple & Five Rathas and spend your time at beach. Dinner. Back to the Hotel. Overnight stay at  Mahabalipuram

Day 3 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - MAHABALIPURAM-PONDICHERRY

Breakfast. Check-out. Proceed to pondicherry. Lunch. Half day city & Temple Tour(Immaculate Conception Cathedral,Sacred Heart Basilica, Manakula Vinayagar Kovil, Aravindar Ashram, Bharthi Park, Gandhi Square, Rock Beach). Dinner. Check-in the Hotel & Overnight stay at  Pondicherry.

Day 4 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - PONDIHERRY-VELANKANNI

Breakfast. Check out the Hotel. Proceed to Velankanni. On the way we visit the famous Chidambaram Temple. Lunch. Then we enjoy the boat ride at Pichavaram Mangrove Forest and leave to Velankanni. Check in the Hotel. Visit Velankanni Church. Spend your time in the Church & Beach. Dinner .Back to the Hotel in Velankanni.

Day 5 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - VELANKANNI-KUMBAKONAM

Breakfast. Check-Out the Hotel. Proceed to Kumbakonam. Reach Kumbakonam. Visit
Swamimalai Murugan Temple - Kumbakonam. Lunch in Kumbakonam. Proceed to Kangai
Konda chola Puram and visit. Back to Kumbakonam . Dinner. Overnight stat at Moorthiyan,Kumbakonam

Day 6 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - MOORTHIYAN-VILLAGE

Day spend your time at the Village. Moorthiyan, Kumbakonam

Breakfast. Check-out the Hotel. Proceed to Poondi. On the way visit at Tanjore- Temple. Lunch Visit St. Thomas Church, Manathidal. Reach Poondi. Visit Poondi Basilica. Dinner. Overnight Stay at Poondi Basilica Rooms.

Day 8 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - POONDI-THEKKADI

Early morning proceed to Thekkady. On the way Breakfast. Proceed to Thekkady. Lunch. Visit Suruli Falls. Spend your time. Then visit local attractions - the Mullai periyar Dam & Tiger Reserve, Visit the Garden & enjoy the boat ride in the Lake(by own). Check in to Hotel. Dinner. Night stay at Thekkady

Day 9 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - THEKKADY-ALLEPY

Breakfast. Check out the hotel. Proceed to Alapuzha Boat house. Reach. Lunch & Dinner. Overnight stay at Boat House.

Day 10 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - ALLEPY-COCHIN

Breakfast. Check out House Boat and proceed to cochin. On the way we visit Santa Cruz basilica,Cochin Harbour and check in to the Hotel. Evening we visit the Kerala Kathakali Dance show & Dinner. Back to the Hotel. Check in the Excellency Hotel, cochin.

Day 11 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - COCHIN AIRPORT

Early morning Check out. We proceed at 03:30Am from the Hotel to Cochin airport for departure . Drop to the Airport to your return journey at 07:20Am

PAYMENT

25% of the Booking Amount of the cost mentioned in the package , per person is required at
the time of registration .Final Payment for trip must be made in the form of a check ,including optional group insurance  premium if applicable , is due no late than 45 days prior to departure .

ACCOMMODATION

Price is based on double occupancy. When available, Single rooms are often smaller than doubles .While Sangamam will try to match room mates, We cannot guarantee one will be available .Roommates may be assigned as late as 35 days prior to departure and ,if one is not available or if you request a single room, you will be charged for single room

MEALS

There is a Pre Set Menu for Meals as per the tour program. Packed Meals would be servednat some places. The types of meals are clearly indicated in the brochure. We, However reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us  to do so. In the event of the guest missing any meal due to any reason , no claim can be made by the guest thereafter, for the meal he/she has missed and  not utilized .

ITINERARY & CHANGES

Because airlines often change flight schedules after brochures are printed, Sangamam Leisure reserves the right to shorten or lengthen the itinerary accordingly and, Whenever Possible , you will be notified in writing. If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights, you will be charged at cost per night/per person; Any changes or deviations from the program and or departure city listed must be provided in writing to Sangamam Leisure no later than 70days prior to departure

CANCELLATION

All booking for airlines /hotel accommodation /ground transportation are blocked well in advance ,We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services  are not released within the mentioned
time frame .If the Guest wish to cancel the tour due to any reason ,they shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation  will attract the cancellation charges given below:30 Days prior to departure 100% , 45 Days – 75% , 60 Days – 50%, more than 60 days -25%

RESPONSIBILITY

The passengers are fully responsible for any illness and injuries, death, sickness, Accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss or damage occurred during the travel.  All baggages and personal belongings will be under your responsibility throughout the tour. Sangamam Leisure will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel or at any sightseeing location. Any damage caused to the hotel during travel  Sangamam Leisure wants to give utmost best service for our Travelers. But Tour schedule can change or drop due to the weather & Climate, Traffic and Political situation of the visiting Country. At the time there is no refunding of any unutilized tickets, services and tours.
