Morning arrival Delhi & transfer to hotel . Later Proceed to local Sightseeings Red Fort, Jamia Mosque, Rajghat, Chandni Chowk Market . Back to the Hotel .Check-in.Overnight stay at Delhi

Day 2 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - DELHI CITY TOUR

On this day after breakfast start a sightseeing tour of Delhi. Visit India Gate, President House, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar, Lakshmi Narayan Temple. Evening transfer to Hotel. Stay overnight at Delhi.

Day 3 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - DELHI-AGRA

In the morning after breakfast proceed to Agra. On arrival Agra check in Hotel later start a sightseeing tour of Agra visit Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Itmad – Ud – Daulah. Evening transfer to Hotel. Stay overnight at Agra

Day 4 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - AGRA-JAIPUR

After Breakfast , Check out the Hotel . Then Drive to Jaipur (06 hrs drive).En-routevisit Fatehpur Sikri - About 40 kms from Agra, it was built by Emperor Akbar and abandoned within 12 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings within the cityincluding Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces & late evening Arrival in Jaipur & check-in at the hotel. Stay overnight at Jaipur

Day 5 : OCTOBER TO MARCH : Thu : India - JAIPUR

After Breakfast, Check out the Hotel , start a sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Visit Amber Fort there you can enjoy the Elephant ride,After take a round trip to the Jaipur City Covering Nahargarh Fort, Jaigarh Fort, Jal Mahal (Water Palace), Hawa Mahal (Palace of Wind), City Palace, Jantar Mantar observatory, Galta Temple (Monkey Temple), AlbertHallmuseum. Visit the Sheesh Mahal (Hall of mirrors), Jai Mahal (If time Available) . Then Drop to the airport.

INCLUSIONS

• Airfare(Chennai –Delhi & Jaipur –Chennai).
• 2 Nights accommodation in Delhi.
• 1 Night accommodation in Agra.
• 2 Night accommodation in Jaipur.
• Lunch & Dinner for all days.
• Ac private vehicle for all tour and transfer.

EXCLUSIONS

• Camera fee at the Monument in India Portion (guest can pay this directly at the time of visits).   Any personal expenses such as laundry bills, telephone bills, Ayurvedic Treatments or massage etc.
• All Entrances fees and any activities.
• Tips and other such cost, which is to be paid to the drivers, guides, porters etc.
• Any losses due to political or natural disturbances or flight delay or flight cancellation.
• Anything not specifically mentioned under the head "Prices inclusions column”.

PAYMENT

25% of the Booking Amount of the cost mentioned in the package , per person is required at the time of registration .Final Payment for trip must be made in the form of a check ,including optional group insurance  premium if applicable , is due no late than 45 days prior to departure .

ACCOMMODATION

Price is based on double occupancy. When available, Single rooms are often smaller than doubles .While Sangamam will try to match room mates, We cannot guarantee one will be available
.Roommates may be assigned as late as 35 days prior to departure and ,if one is not available or if you request a single room, you will be charged for single room.

MEALS

There is a Pre Set Menu for Meals as per the tour program. Packed Meals would be served at some places. The types of meals are clearly indicated in the brochure. We, However reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us  to do so. In the event of the guest missing any meal due to any reason , no claim can be made by the guest thereafter, for the meal he/she has missed and  not utilized . 

ITINERARY & CHANGES

Because airlines often change flight schedules after brochures are printed, Sangamam Leisure reserves the right to shorten or lengthen the itinerary accordingly and, Whenever Possible , you will be notified in writing. If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights, you will be charged at cost per night/per person; Any changes or deviations from the program and or departure city listed must be provided in writing to Sangamam Leisure no later than 70 days prior to departure. 

CANCELLATIONS

All booking for airlines /hotel accommodation /ground transportation are blocked well in advance ,We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services  are not released within the mentioned time frame .If the Guest wish to cancel the tour due to any reason ,they shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation  will attract the cancellation charges given below:30 Days prior to departure 100% , 45 Days – 75% , 60 Days – 50%, more than 60 days -25%

RESPONSIBILITIY

The passengers are fully responsible for any illness and injuries, death, sickness, Accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss or damage occurred during the travel.  All baggage and personal belongings will be under your responsibility throughout the tour. Sangamam Leisure will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel or at any sightseeing location. Any damage caused to the hotel during travel  Sangamam Leisure wants to give utmost best service for our Travelers. But Tour schedule can change or drop due to the weather & Climate, Traffic and Political situation of the visiting Country. At the time there is no refunding of any unutilized tickets, services and tours.
