KASI & GAYA

Day 1 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - ARRIVAL VARANASI

Arrival at Varanasi Airport, pickup and transfer to the hotel. Later visit New Vishwanath Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Durga Mandir, Tridev Temple. In evening Ganga Aarti with Boat ride (Direct Payment) at Main Ghat. Overnight stay at Varanasi.

Day 2 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - VARANASI SIGHTSEEING

Early morning proceed to Gangaji for holy dips and visit Main Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Vishalakshi Temple & Kaal Bhairav Temple. After Breakfast Sarnath Tour, Sarnath is place where Lord Buddha preached first sermon after enlightenment, visit Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Jain Temple, Buddha temple, Sarnath Museum, Ashok Pillar, Deer Park. In evening visit Silk viewing center of Varanasi products. Overnight stay at Varanasi.

Day 3 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - VARANASI - BODHGAYA -GAYA

After breakfast proceed drive to Bodhgaya, check in hotel. Later visit Maha Bodhi Temple for evening ceremony. Proceed to Gaya. Overnight stay at Gaya

Day 4 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - GAYA - VARANASI

Morning proceed drive to Gaya visit Vishnupaad temple for Ritual Pinda Dann pooja and Mangala Gauri Darshan. After breakfast visit Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree, Great Buddha Statue, Chinese Temple, Royal Bhutan Monastery. Move drive back to Varanasi. Overnight stay at Varanasi.

Day 5 : EVERY MONTH : Thu : India - VARANASI - ALLAHABAD - VARANASI DEPARTURE

Early breakfast and proceed drive to Allahabad visit Triveni Sangam the confluences of three River Ganga, Yamuna & invisible Saraswati for a holy dips, Allahabad Fort, Hanuman Temple, Anand Bhawan, Alopi Devi Temple, Veni Madhav Temple etc Move drive back to Varanasi departure transfer to Varanasi Airport for connect Flight to next destination with sweet memories

INCLUSIONS

• Airfare Chennai – Varanasi - Chennai
• 03 Nights accommodation in Varanasi
• 01 Night accommodation in Gaya
• All tours & transfers by Ac Vehicle

• Any increased Airfare
• Any meals not mentioned in the inclusions
• Entry Tickets and activities
• Anything not mentioned in the " inclusions”
• Local Guide charges, Monuments Entrances & Boat hire charges extra on direct payment basis.

PAYMENT

25% of the Booking Amount of the cost mentioned in the package , per person is required at the time of registration .Final Payment for trip must be made in the form of a check ,including optional group insurance  premium if applicable ,is due no late than 45 days prior to departure.

ACCOMMODATION

Price is based on double occupancy. When available, Single rooms are often smaller than doubles .While Sangamam will try to match room mates, We cannot guarantee one will be available .Roommates may be assigned as late as 35 days prior to departure and ,if one is not available or if you request a single room, you will be charged for single room 

MEALS

There is a Pre Set Menu for Meals as per the tour program. Packed Meals would be served at some places. The types of meals are clearly indicated in the brochure. We, However reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us  to do so. In the event of the guest missing any meal due to any reason , no claim can be made by the guest thereafter, for the meal he/she has missed and  not utilized . 

ITINERARY & CHANGES

Because airlines often change flight schedules after brochures are printed, Sangamam Leisure reserves the right to shorten or lengthen the itinerary accordingly and, Whenever Possible , you will be notified in writing. If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights, you will be charged at cost per night/per person; Any changes or deviations from the program and or departure city listed must be provided in writing to Sangamam Leisure no later than 70 days prior to departure 

CANCELLATIONS

All booking for airlines /hotel accommodation /ground transportation are blocked well in advance ,We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services  are not released within the mentioned time frame .If the Guest wish to cancel the tour due to any reason ,they shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation  will attract the cancellation charges given below:30Days prior to departure 100% , 45 Days – 75% , 60Days – 50%, more than 60days -25%

RESPONSIBILITIY

The passengers are fully responsible for any illness and injuries, death, sickness, Accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss or damage occurred during the travel.  All baggages and personal belongings will be under your responsibility throughout the tour. Sangamam Leisure will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel or at any sightseeing location. Any damage caused to the hotel during travel  Sangamam Leisure wants to give utmost best service for our Travelers. But Tour schedule can change or drop due to the weather & Climate, Traffic and Political situation of the visiting Country. At the time there is no refunding of any unutilized tickets, services and tours.
